Absolute Radio 60s live
Home of The Beatles, Stones and Motown.Absolute Radio 60s is a British radio station that airs on DAB on the Bauer Radio multiplex in Inverness and online.This station was broadcasted for the first time on 22 November 2011, a week before Absolute Radio 70s. It was the first UK radio station to be dedicated solely to music from the decade.
Initially, Absolute Radio 60s was aired on DAB in London, the north and west of England, and Scotland. However, this changed with the final reconfiguration of this station on 2015. The station was removed from London and the few other remaining local DAB multiplexes and added to Inverness DAB.
Absolute Radio 60s is the "Home of The Beatles, Stones and Motown" and its format continues to be "Non-stop music from the 1960s".
